ANNOUNCEMENT
Government-owned Joint Stock Company for Provision of Air Navigation Services M-HAV, GOJSC Skopje intends to train 7 candidates for acquiring air traffic controller license, 5 for Skopje and 2 for Ohrid.
GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING CANDIDATES TO BE TRAINED
1.to be of legal age (age of majority)
2. no older than 25 years of age
3. to have completed at least secondary education degree (IVth education degree)
4. to have English language knowledge that corresponds to at least B2 English level (certificate for B2)
DOCUMENTS REQUESTED TO BE SUBMITTED BY CANDIDATES
1. Application (the application may be downloaded HERE). When completing the application, candidates have to state whether they apply for Ohrid or for Skopje.
2. Birth certificate
3. Citizenship certificate
4. Evidence for completed at least secondary education degree (IVth education degree
5. Evidence of penal records, issued by competent Court – not older than 3 (three) months.
6. Evidence of criminal records, issued by competent Court – not older than 3 (three) months.
7. Document/evidence for demonstrating English language knowledge that corresponds to at least B2 English level, the document/evidence shall be issued by authorized institution for learning English language.
The above-mentioned documents shall be submitted either in an original or in a copy verified by a notary, the deadline is 12.09.2018 at the latest.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS
The candidate selection process goes through a step-by-step process. Each step is selective, this means that in each further step only candidates who have met the conditions in the previous step will be called, such as:
1. Timely submission of the application along with the required documentation.
2. In case the number of applied candidates exceeds 300, GOJSC M-NAV delivers a written pre-selection test of English language.
After the test is delivered, a rank list on the most successful maximum 300 candidates will be made.
3. Only the most successful maximum 300 candidates as per the rank list of M-NAV will do the FEAST test for possessing general and specific abilities, characteristics and predispositions required for air traffic controller training (you may refer to the web site www. feast.info in order to get more information about the testing).
The candidates who have already made the FEAST test will not be retested again, but they are allowed to apply and the already achieved test results will be taken into consideration. It is recommended that the candidates who made the FEAST test by following the previous M-NAV announcement for selection in the year of 2018 and who were notified that they had not passed the FEAST test successfully in accordance with the EUROCONTROL standards, not to submit applications because the same ones will be rejected.
4. Possessing medical certificate for medical fitness – Class 3 medical certificate in accordance with the Rule Book on special requirements, method and process of determining medical fitness of aeronautical personnel and other professional personnel, within validity period of the medical certificate, by complying with the special requirements that have to be met by the Health Organizations and authorized specialist for conducting medical checks of the aeronautical and other professional personnel (Official Gazette of RM no. 49/08, 87/11 and 169/13). The medical checks for the candidates will be performed in authorized health institution and M-NAV will bear the expenses for the medical checks.
5. In case there is not sufficient number of candidates (at least 10) after conducting the selective steps 3 and 4, the further 30 candidates of the pre-selection test as per step 2 will undergo the steps 3 and 4 until reaching the minimum number.
6. The Committee for Selection of Candidates will interview the candidates who have successfully passed all previous steps.
7. In case there are more successful candidates than the required number for any of the locations, M-NAV may offer them training for the other location.
8. The final rank list on the candidates will be published within period of 5 days from the date when the interview was made, calculated from the date of the interview made with the last candidate.
9. All candidates from the final rank list are obliged to sign Training Contract with M-NAV GOJSC Skopje before the training commences.
REMARK:
Late, partial and incomplete application and documentation will not be considered.
In case it is realized that any of the candidate has previously made the FEAST test without submitting notice about it, they will be disqualified.
M-NAV GOJSC Skopje concludes Employment Contract with the candidates who successfully complete the training.
The required evidence for meeting the conditions, either in an original or in a copy verified by a notary shall be submitted (either in person or via registered mail) in the Archive Office of M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, on the following address: st.Makedonija, no.25, 7th floor (Palata Lazar Pop Trajkov).
The conditions stated in the Announcement should be met the by the Candidates at the time of application.
