Mr. Vladimir Risteski

In the management positions at M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, Vladimir Risteski comes from the ranks of employees with many years of work experience as an ATM Expert in Area Control Center.

Vladimir Risteski graduated from the Faculty of Mathematical-Natural Sciences, Department of Informatics, earning the title of Bachelor of IT Engineer in 2004. He received his air traffic controller certification during a two-year training in Belgrade at the Federal Aviation Control Administration of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 2001.

Since then, he has been working at M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, initially obtaining a Tower Air Traffic Controller license in Skopje, followed by a Planner Air Traffic Controller license in the Skopje Area Control Center. He also holds licenses as Executive Air Traffic Controller and as an Instructor for air traffic controllers training since 2009.

Throughout his long career at M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, Vladimir Risteski has attended numerous training courses at the EUROCONTROL training center in Luxembourg, as well as in specialized training centers in Prague, Sofia, Rome, and Madrid.

For more than 25 years, he has built his professional career working across various segments of the Technical Department at M-NAV, in Skopje and Ohrid.

Kliment Chepunjoski is a graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, specializing in Electronics, Radio Engineering, and Signal Processing, from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT) in Skopje.

Throughout his career, Kliment has gained his professional expertise by attending specialized training schools for radar systems.

Chepunjoski has extensive work experience, including positions as an instructor engineer for surveillance systems, an assistant for safety and standards, and head of the Technical Department.

Among other roles, he is an active member of the Association of Air Navigation Technical Personnel in the Flight Control System of the Republic of North Macedonia, which is part of the International Federation of Air Traffic Safety Electronics Association (IFATSEA). In a volunteer capacity, he has contributed to the advancement of technical air navigation staff (ATSEP – Air Traffic Safety Electronic Personnel) and participated in the preparation, implementation, and publication of the ICAO document, the ATSEP Personnel Training Manual. He is also actively working and advocating for the inclusion of ATSEP personnel in ICAO Annex 1.

Buran Aliti graduated in law at the State University of Tetovo. With work experience as an associate in the Ministry of Justice, he continued to work as an associate in the State Election Commission of North Macedonia in which later advanced and was the Head of the Department for the State Election Commission.

With his many years of work experience and engagements in law and economics, he is qualified enough to manage the Department of the Financial, Legal Issues, Development and Investments in M-NAV. -as part of the Management Board.
