Mr. Vladimir Risteski

Mr. Vladimir Risteski

President of the Management Board and Executive Director of Air Navigation Services, ANS

In the management positions at M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, Vladimir Risteski comes from the ranks of employees with many years of work experience as an ATM Expert in Area Control Center.

Vladimir Risteski graduated from the Faculty of Mathematical-Natural Sciences, Department of Informatics, earning the title of Bachelor of IT Engineer in 2004. He received his air traffic controller certification during a two-year training in Belgrade at the Federal Aviation Control Administration of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 2001.

Since then, he has been working at M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, initially obtaining a Tower Air Traffic Controller license in Skopje, followed by a Planner Air Traffic Controller license in the Skopje Area Control Center. He also holds licenses as Executive Air Traffic Controller and as an Instructor for air traffic controllers training since 2009.

Throughout his long career at M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, Vladimir Risteski has attended numerous training courses at the EUROCONTROL training center in Luxembourg, as well as in specialized training centers in Prague, Sofia, Rome, and Madrid.

Milan Korakj is a graduate electrical engineer and manager with more than three decades of professional experience in the power and aerospace industries. He was born in Skopje and graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje and Sarajevo, specializing in power engineering.

He began his professional career at “Energoinvest“ – Sarajevo, and later at “EMO Ohrid“, where he worked on the design and construction of substations and other power engineering facilities.
In 1994, he transitioned into aviation as a flight dispatcher in the operations center of ‘MAT Macedonian Airlines,’ and later in “Avioimpex“, where he was responsible for preparing flight documentation (navigation plans, NOTAMs, meteorology), monitoring traffic, and coordinating operational services.

In 1996, he joined M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, where he built his most significant career.
For more than two decades, he has worked as a manager and instructor for power supply systems providing uninterrupted and backup power to air traffic control technical equipment.
His engagement includes preventive and corrective maintenance, procedure development, as well as professional training of ATSEP air traffic control personnel (persons responsible for the installation, maintenance, operation and monitoring of technical means for providing air navigation services). – a key segment for air traffic safety.

In addition to his practical experience, Milan Korakj has completed several trainings and specializations in power supply systems, aviation safety management (SMS), as well as knowledge of international standards and organizations (ICAO, ESARRs, IFATSEA, EASA).

Mr. Fatmir Zimberi

Mr. Fatmir Zimberi

Fatmir Zimberi is an experienced lawyer and advisor with extensive professional experience in the public sector of the Republic of North Macedonia.

From December 2008 to July 2015, he worked as an advisor for strategy monitoring and planning in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia. Then, in the period from August 2015 to January 2024, he served as an advisor for expert support and public relations at the Ministry of Transport and Communications in Skopje.

In 2024, Zimberi continued his professional career as an advisor for the Investor Care Program at the Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion, where he worked from January 12 to October 31.From November 1, 2024, until his current appointment as Executive Director at M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, he was employed as a legal advisor for legal affairs and public procurement at the Agency for Compulsory Oil Reserves (MAKORA) in Skopje.

In the field of education, Mr. Zimberi holds a Master’s degree in Law, specializing in Civil Law, earned from the State University of Tetovo in February 2021, He completed his undergraduate law studies at the same university in September 2008.
